Rooted in German Engineering and Systems Thinking, Christian designs and implements pragmatic improvement and optimization solutions, drawing from a wide range of disciplines, including design thinking, agile, lean, Baldrige, requirements engineering, servant project management, etc.
Christian is the founder and CEO of Ingenium Digital Health Advisors, a boutique consultancy focused on leveraging Digital Health to enable the delivery of extraordinary care. Ingenium’s team comprises 6-person consulting team and a consortium of over a dozen expert advisors.
Since 2014, Christian has delivered on over 60 speaking engagements. The Covid-19 health crisis has made him a sought-after expert and he already delivered close to 20 engagements in the first half of 2021.
