Matthew Faiman MD, MBA, FACP

Dr. Faiman, in addition to his role with Ingenium, currently serves as the Virtual Health Medical Director at NextCare Urgent Care in Mesa, Arizona.
From 2002-2021 he served as a Staff Physician at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Faiman obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree, Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and Medical Doctorate from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic in 2002.
In 2005, he became involved in Telehealth, developing innovative ways to apply Telemedicine programs at Cleveland Clinic. In 2015, he was appointed the Medical Director of Express Care Online, a service line providing on demand synchronous virtual visits to patients nation-wide.
Dr. Faiman is passionate about finding innovative ways to apply Telehealth both nationally and internationally.

Trevor Cunningham, MHA, MPH
Project Manager
Trevor Cunningham is a healthcare professional with continuous experience in the telehealth industry. Possessing specific abilities in project management, billing and reimbursement, and strategic planning, Trevor has led a team to advance telehealth initiatives across rural communities over the past 3 years.
Since joining Ingenium Digital Advisors in 2021, Trevor has worked alongside a unique team of consultants to accomplish all project tasks in a timely manner. He brings a new perspective to the team and will continue to develop new strategies to improve operational efficiencies.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, Trevor holds two distinct master’s degrees in health administration and public health. Since graduating, Trevor has held the position of Project Director at the Indiana Rural Health Association, where he manages and operates two federally funded HRSA grants.
Trevor is known for creating a productive work environment and ensuring that project milestones are met. He has disseminated his telehealth work through many distinct outlets, including the American Public Health Association, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, and the Upper Midwest Telehealth Resource Center.



Debbie Voyles, MBA, HOM

Debbie Voyles is a Telehealth Executive with over 24 years of experience building and operationalizing Telehealth across the country. She has built Virtual Health programs and services to address the access to care challenges currently faced by patients. Debbie has experience in the development of strategic plans, workflow assessment and development, and development of policies and procedures for inpatient services, outpatient services, school-based telehealth, and direct-to-consumer services. She led the effort to build Virtual ICUs, Virtual Sitter programs, and School-Based Telehealth programs with multiple healthcare systems.
Debbie has been active in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Virginia, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota in getting better legislation and reimbursement and was instrumental in getting Telehealth parity passed in Colorado. She has authored and presented on Telehealth topics across the country and is a past Chair of the Business and Finance Special Interest Group of the American Telemedicine Association.

In his career, as a digital & healthcare marketer, strategist and educator, he has managed in and with world-class firms like Novo Nordisk, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck & Co., Takeda and Johnson & Johnson, as well as teaching at Temple University, Philadelphia University, Chestnut Hill College, St. Joseph’s University and Penn State University. His career is focused on “improving health” & “developing leaders”.

Drew Mayer

Drew Mayer is a healthcare entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience working with healthcare startups. Adam Block, PhD

Adam is a Harvard-trained health economist who has worked for 25 years at the intersection of hospitals, health insurance, government, and research. After receiving his PhD in 2007, he worked for Congress helping draft sections of the Affordable Care Act and then for CMS (the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) writing some of the original regulations building the Health Insurance Exchanges. From there, he spent five years reporting to CFOs in data analytics roles where he learned that most data vendors need some help showing return on investment.
Bridging the rigor of academic research with the practicality and expediency of business, Adam is the founder and principal of Charm Economics, LLC. Adam assists clients with Return-on-Investment modeling, external evaluation of business strategy, expert witness and arbitration case work, and business and financial analysis.
Adam graduated cum laude from Amherst College with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, from Harvard University with a PhD in health policy and economics and serves as an associate professor of health policy and management at the New York Medical College. He resides in New York, USA.

He recently published a cost benefit study of telehealth that has been presented to Congress, the White House, and multiple Federal agencies. Yael Harris, PhD, MHS

Yael Harris, PhD, MHS is CEO of Laurel Health Advisors, a small, disadvantaged, woman-owned small business focused on reducing health disparities through the use of technology.
Yael is a national expert in telehealth policy with over 16 years of experience leading Federal efforts to spearhead the use of telehealth to expand access and improve quality for underserved and vulnerable patient populations. In 2021, she presented on the cost benefit of telehealth to Congress and the White House. While Director of the Health Information and Quality at the Health Resources and Services Administration, she led quality and access efforts across all safety net providers. Yael also launched and co-chaired the cross-federal telehealth workgroup which aligned telehealth activities across the government.

Joseph P. (“Joe”) McMenamin, MD, JD is a physician-attorney and the principal at McMenamin Law Offices, PLLC, a healthcare boutique in Richmond, Virginia concentrating on the law of digital health.
Joe advises institutional and individual telehealth service providers, academic medical centers, remote monitoring services, trade associations, telehealth platform companies, investors, and telecoms on a broad array of medico-legal questions arising from distance care and, more recently, from the application of augmented intelligence to health care in general and to telemedicine in particular. Mike Toth, DO

Dr. Toth was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. After medical school he started a rural family medicine practice that included a high volume of Worker’s Compensation care. It soon became apparent that there had to be a better way to deal with the paperwork and hassle of the Worker’s Compensation system and providing occupational medicine services. This became the genesis of a multi- decade career focused in occupational medicine.
His CV includes occupational medicine clinic start-up projects and several Medical Directorships, including with Mayo Health Systems. He also has experience in Pain Management and functioned as Department Chair in Urgent Care.
Dr. Toth’s medical career has also included foreign service work aboard the M/V Caribbean Mercy Hospital Ship as the Chief Medical Officer and later in Health Care Administration for Mercy Ship’s global operations. He later served as a Project Director during the early phase of construction and development of a world class medical and dental center located in the east African nation of Tanzania.
